National Central University inaugurated the first "Institute of Sustainability and Green Energy Technology" in Taiwan

On November 10, 2023, National Central University inaugurated the first "Institute of Sustainability and Green Energy Technology" in Taiwan. The institute aims to cultivate greencollar talent and persue the goal of net-zero emissions by 2050. It brings together faculty from earth sciences and engineering, and offers interdisciplinary master's and doctoral programs. The institute also collaborates with various enterprises to enhance industry-academia partnerships, marking a significant step in the university's leadership in sustainability and green energy technology.
