Leadership Camp for Student Club 2020

Nearly 100 new club directors from all over NCU went to Taoyuan Youth Adventure Camp on Sep/26-27, 2020 for a two-day, one-night, high-intensity training, to gel their spirit and bring vitality into campus life.

Mr. Yen-Hao Tseng was invited to teach "DISC Interpersonal Traits and Communication Skills" for building teams with positive thinking; in the evening, Mr. Wei-Han Hu from the Chinese Health and Welfare Association planned a high-intensity course on "Group Dynamics" to teach club directors to think in others’ shoe for club management; the next day, "Outdoor Exploration", even thru tough weather, all club directors still braved the wind and rain to proceed with giant ladder, rappelling, rock climbing, zip line, etc., to stimulate leadership potential and outlived the spirit of extracurricular activities.
